Experience in HVAC sales?

Only a plus if you’ve been taught that the customer is always in control, that your job is to present what they said they wanted, no matter the cost, and let them decide what to spend or if they want to do anything at all.

As long as you have all the character and personality traits we described, plus humility and loads of dedication and hard work, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Our training is second-to-none, and when you’re done, you’ll have a skill set that can take you anywhere — but you’ll want to stay here.

• $150K+ easily possible for skilled, experienced seller on 100% commission, $120K+ if your decent, $80K+ is easy if you are just starting out and have the character/traits we described
